St Anne' Church was built in 1912. The Church is located on the west side of the Loddon River in Simpson Street. The church is separated from the old Newstead Railway Station by a park of established oaks and elms. The annual Knights of the Southern Cross Mass and picnic is held at St Anne's in October. Corellas can often be heard serenading the Sunday church service.
